NOT DEAD: This blog.
March 5, 2009 9:51 pmSome of you have expressed concern that Noriyaro will die off due to my new association with Speedhunters.
I assure you that is not the case. If anything, this site will get even better.
I’ve been doing so much stuff with Vaughn Gittin Jr. here in Japan that I’ve fallen a day behind on my Speedhunters commitment, and haven’t even updated Noriyaro. The last two days have not yielded much in the way of sleep, time to sit down and process photos or write words to the kind of standard expected.
I just arrived at our latest hotel, and I have to leave the room almost immediately. I only turned the computer on to check the internet was working.
Later tonight however, cool stuff will go up on Speedhunters.
Back to normal soon.

Personally I would hate it if this blog would die… Its kind of a daily stop for me for the past months… 😉
So, I hope you can keep up the good stuf and won’t abandon your personal blog like Mike did on auto-otaku… (I still have high hopes he will return there someday)
Mike Garret say a the same when he start with Speed Hunters and left behind Auto Otaku.
i hope so, because i do not read speedhunters!
OMG, Benson Hsu reads my blog.
OMG OMG OMG.
How did you manage to 50-50 grind a 240SX on a freeway K-rail, if I may ask?
Alexi, you are the tops!

haha, i was about to mention that it seems like you could be the next mike garrett.
everyone i know still loves mike, but it is sad that he hasn’t had the chance to update auto-otaku that much.
i’m just getting started on this blog, so it’d be a shame to see this one go too. either way, have fun! enjoy drifting!
mighty sweet article you wrote on speedhunters
you’re the man! lol
Hello! I’ve been a regular visitor to your site for the past month and I really like your posts! Congratulations on making the Speedhunters team, but try to keep this site alive! Haha, everybody’s worried you might be the next Mike Garrett; they all love him and his work, but they’re hoping he’ll update Auto-Otaku more, and I admit I’m the same too! Anyway, I’m looking forward to your posts on both sites, cheers!
I hope you keep this blog going, I LOVE IT!
I too having been hitting this site up every day (some times more then once) just to check out what you’ve got going on.
Btw your JR IN JAPAN @ OSAKA STREET SCENE piece is awesome.
i agree with banpei. no one will be happy if this blog would not get updated.
this is one of the coolest blogs left. everybody’s automotive-related blogs seemed to have died – JDMego, kultivate, auto-otaku, jstyle. wow, come to think of it, i can’t believe that these blogs that i used to read everyday are gone.
that post on speed hunters was awesome hopefully not all your awesome stories will have to go on speedhunters or if they do maybe organize something so you can post them here too either way im betting speedhunters pays more then nori yaro 😛
i’m glad to see the assurances, i like speedhunters but i like your stuff better sometimes 😛 i hope you’re right! lol
