A couple of weekends ago, a group of bosozoku guys I know had a daytime photoshoot for “Champ Road” a magazine centered around bosozoku culture.
It was a good chance for me to shoot these cars without any interruption, so I headed along too.

What happens when someone likes Yonmeri Skylines and kyusha style, but doesn’t want to deal with rust and carburettors and a lack of spare parts?
They do this to an R34 four-door! External oil-cooler, GT-R badge, silver flake bumper vents, musical zokki horns, some SSR ronshan wheels and a Hakosuka rear wing.

Since I didn’t get home until fairly early in the morning from the night before, just like last year (link) and the year before (link part one and part two), I arrived at the 2011 JCCA show at Odaiba at what might be called a leisurely hour.

Once again, just like last year (part one here and part two here), I turned up right at the end of the day when everyone was leaving.
I suppose you want an excuse? Well, I had a very big Friday night which led into a very big Saturday night which finally ended at a club at 6:00AM on the Sunday morning of the show. The club is actually only about fifteen minutes by train from the Odaiba parking lot, but I didn’t have my equipment on me, and I also really needed some sleep and a change of clothes. If it’s any consolation, I had a great time, thanks.

やばい！遅くなった！今日の取材はＪＣＣＡの２０１０お台場ミーティングだけど、そんなにたくさん写真がないです。イベントは１６：００で終わりました。１６：１４で到着しました！金曜日から日曜日の朝までは新宿と歌舞伎町と池袋で遊んだ。ちょっとやりすぎた！ごめんなさい旧車會のみんなさん！
