IT’S GETTING WORSE: The latest Kawashima Celica pic

March 29, 2012 10:06 pm Published by

Apparently, Kawashima visited Newstyle and said that Niiyan hadn’t cut enough of the fender, and the wheel wasn’t sticking out far enough. This was the result.

For those who were asking, yes the tyre holds air and no, those aren’t custom double bead wheels, just standard Leon Hardiritt Bugels.

“Way awesome! I myself drank like five liters of beer. Any more and I would have ended up in hospital man.”

it’s just a celica. it’s not like any of these are worth anything or better off left alone. i appreciate what this guy is doing as a type of parody of the current trends.

That is epic. so crazy. definitely going to get hated on. I would love to have a conversation with the owner. he must be a dedicated car enthusiast. I haven’t been home to Japan in a decade. so much has changed in the scene.

In Germany, the technical monitoring association would never allow to drive stretched tires on normal rims. But maybe with special rims.

Tbh I prefer seein that rather than these gay sticker bombed hellafail cars.

  • Scott says:

That just looks stupid. Do not want!

  • DC says:

    Madmax Celica! LOL

  • TR says:

I appreciate the work going into it, and each to their own, but I run a little camber and some pretty heavy stretch, but I really can’t see anything good in this… Got a lot of love for some of the crazy stretch and camber cars in Japan but this Celica looks like it’s trying too hard
