APRIL BLOOMS: Sakura season
April 1, 2010 1:19 amToday might be April Fools’ Day, but April 1st is the middle of cherry blossom viewing season in Japan!
To get a bit of a headstart on the Tokyo viewing season, which should be best this weekend, I headed down to Yamanashi prefecture a few days ago and visited a couple of scenic locations like Kuonji (久遠寺).

Oh man! That is just too beautiful! 🙂
Can’t you shoot some pics of the JZX100 under those blossoming cherry trees like you did with the Skyline last year? 😛

Hey, Yamanashi-ken, more specifically Kofu, is my old stomping ground. I’ve been to Kuonji twice but not during the cherry blossom season. Brings back good memories, thanks for posting! ^_^/
